These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OutsourceIQ's website design, build, and maintenance subscription (the "Service"). By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.
For a recurring monthly fee, OutsourceIQ will design and build a website for your business and provide ongoing updates and maintenance during your active subscription. The initial build is included at no additional charge.
"Unlimited updates" means you may submit as many content and maintenance change requests as you like during your billing period (for example: text, prices, photos, products, hours, promotions, and pages). Requests are completed in the order received, typically within 1–2 business days. The Service covers reasonable website content and maintenance work; it does not include custom software development, third-party integrations requiring paid licenses, e-commerce platform fees, or work unrelated to your website. We may discuss scope for unusually large requests.
You may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew and update services will pause. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except as described below.
Monthly fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us and we'll make it right.
You retain ownership of the content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.) and you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You grant us permission to use that content to build and maintain your website. Your domain name remains yours.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, infringing, or deceptive purpose, or to request content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We may decline or remove content that violates these Terms.
We work to keep your website online and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting is provided through third-party infrastructure and occasional downtime or maintenance may occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutsourceIQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
