Subscription payments of $99/month are billed automatically through Stripe. Your subscription begins when your first payment is processed. There is no upfront cost to build your website. OutsourceIQ reserves the right to pause or suspend services for accounts with unpaid balances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutsourceIQ's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost business, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic levels, or revenue increases from having a website. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
We strive to keep your website available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary website unavailability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email.
