By subscribing to or using any service offered by OutsourceIQ ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("Client") agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Service Description

OutsourceIQ provides website design and ongoing maintenance for small businesses. Our service includes:

• A professionally designed, mobile-friendly website built at no upfront cost
• Website hosting included in your subscription
• Unlimited updates to your website content, design, and pages as long as your subscription is active
• Ongoing maintenance and support

The service is provided on a monthly subscription basis at $99/month. There are no contracts, no setup fees, and no hidden charges. You may cancel at any time.

2. Payment Terms

Subscription payments of $99/month are billed automatically through Stripe. Your subscription begins when your first payment is processed. There is no upfront cost to build your website. OutsourceIQ reserves the right to pause or suspend services for accounts with unpaid balances.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty or cancellation fee. Upon cancellation:

• Your website will remain live through the end of your current billing period
• After your billing period ends, updates and maintenance will stop
• Your website hosting will be discontinued unless you make separate hosting arrangements
• You may resubscribe at any time to resume service

4. Website Ownership

While your subscription is active, OutsourceIQ builds and maintains your website on your behalf. Regarding ownership:

• Your domain always belongs to you. If you registered a domain name, it is your property regardless of your subscription status.
• Your content (text, images, logos, and other materials you provide) remains your property at all times.
• Website design and code built by OutsourceIQ is provided as part of the subscription service. The design and code are maintained by OutsourceIQ during your active subscription.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business for website creation
• Supply content (text, images, logos) that you have the legal right to use
• Respond to requests for information or approvals in a timely manner
• Not use the website for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose
• Ensure that all content you provide complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights

6. Content and Updates

OutsourceIQ builds and maintains your website using the content and information you provide. We will:

• Design and develop your website based on your business details
• Make unlimited updates as requested — new text, photos, pages, pricing changes, promotions, and more
• Complete most update requests within 1-2 business days

We are not responsible for the accuracy of content you provide. You are responsible for reviewing your website and notifying us of any corrections needed.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service to create or host websites that:

• Promote illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
• Contain hateful, harassing, defamatory, or threatening content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful software
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any website that violates these guidelines.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutsourceIQ's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost business, or data loss, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, traffic levels, or revenue increases from having a website. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep your website available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from temporary website unavailability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.

11. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers via email.
